      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using Avast Antivirus and I'm not blocking any ports.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried running it with both Antivirus and the firewall turned off, but still get the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This used to work, but now doesn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tied running the utility SSU, but nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.intel.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10893"&gt;@ABiel3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This is Monique and I'm the IDSA project manager.&amp;nbsp;Our developers reviewed the log files you provided and determined that there seems to be something wrong with WMI on your computer.&amp;nbsp;It can't find WMI classes that should exist on all computers (BaseBoard, OperatingSystem), therefore it seems like there is an underlying problem with WMI, not related to IDSA.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your patience. Hopefully someone else on the forum can help answer issues regarding WMI.&lt;BR /&gt;Monique with Intel Corporation&lt;/P&gt;
