I would guess the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/75124/intel-core-i74770s-processor-8m-cache-up-to-3-90-ghz/specifications.html" target="_blank"&gt;Intel® Core™ i7-4770S Processor&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/80808/intel-core-i74790s-processor-8m-cache-up-to-4-00-ghz/specifications.html" target="_blank"&gt;Intel® Core™ i7-4790S Processor&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;would be the best matches.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My cautionary notes:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You need to be careful to utilize a processor that is supported by your PC's BIOS. Dell should have some sort of documentation or page reference that provides this information.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You need to be careful to utilize a processor that is supported by your PC's cooling solution. I do not know whether Dell had separate cooling solutions for the i5 and i7 processors.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If it's ok, you will need to reinstall the cooling solution onto this replacement processor. This will require the cleaning of the contact surface on the cooling unit and the application of fresh TIM (Thermal Interface material, heatsink paste). I recommend Arctic Cooling's MX-4 or MX-6.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;...S&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
