I've just noticed that there is no more support for javascript in the current SDK.

Is this a definitive choice? Are there any alternatives?

I'm talking about JavaScript support, no Java.

I'm asking if there is any alternative way to use the camera in a web application.

Currently, we don't have any updates on whether or not JavaScript will be supported in the future.
