Hi,

I am facing two weird problems with Euclid. Does anyone know how can I solve them or what is the reason?

1- I returns: "Timeout waiting for a frames" for a simple application like :

https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/blob/zr300_documentation/doc/stepbystep/getting_started_with_openCV.md librealsense/getting_started_with_openCV.md at zr300_documentation · IntelRealSense/librealsense · GitHub

However once I debug it using a breakpoint, it works properly.

2- It does not boot once I use the "Power Adapter Plate" But it works properly with the battery.

Thanks very much.

Hi bmanesh,

For issue 1:

The current Euclid implementation uses a forked version of librealsense.

Main changes are in the synchronization component and this is why you did not get any frames.

Please remove any modified librealsense version and changes made to camera setup, or just run factory reset.

Issue 2:

Are you using the power adapter connected to the same power charger you received with Euclid ?

Thanks,

Tsahi.

Intel Euclid Development Team.
