D435 was detected buf no frame received

i connect D435 to my PC, widows7 , after install realsense sdk 2.0 ,open intel realsense viewer(win7), toggle to start ,but it shows no frame received, click the info button , the viewer shows the D435 details, like serial number:8262********,firmware viersion:05.10.06.00 ,etc, also the driver seems installed properly, i donot know what cause this error , how to reslove this?

Hi Michael,

Can you send me a screen shot of the Imaging Devices section in the Device Manager? Also please send a screen shot of the RealSense Viewer.

thanks for your reply, it's USB prot problem, i have already solved that.
