D435 sensor size?

Hi,

I need D435 IR sensor size to calculate extrinsics with different types of cameras.

Phisical size is ok, but valid size (capture area size) is better.

Is there the spec sheet, or some API to get it?

With the document, I found IR sensor make and spec.

Then I got IR imager size in micrometer.
