Hello,

I am in the process of migrating from RSSDK 2016 R2 to R3.

I couldn't find the RSSDK R2 Object Tracking equivalent in R3.

For example: What is the equivalent of R2's PXCTracker in R3?

Thanks,

Noam.

Hi Noam,

Thank you for contacting us.

According to the release notes of the SDK R3 ( http://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/akdlm/irc_nas/9558/release_notes_RealSense_SDK_2016_R3.pdf), the feature of Object Tracking is not available in the SDK R3.

Nevertheless, I recommend you to check the 3D Scan feature ( https://software.intel.com/sites/landingpage/realsense/camera-sdk/v2016r3/documentation/html/index.html?doc_scan_3d_scanning.html), maybe this feature can be useful for you, in case you need to scan an object.

Have a nice day.

Regards,

Leonardo R
