    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want to scan a face, you need to select at least the 'Landmarks' option in the side panel before you click Start.  You can select more than one option, but Landmarks has to be one of them.  Also make sure you have the 'Face' option selected from the 'Scanning Area' drop down menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
