      <title>Intel RealSense d415 depth sensor stop working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI, yesterday one of my camera just stop working. The RGB camera still working but the stereo module doesn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I start the viewer, it show this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then this is what I've got:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it fixable? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This problem occurred to somebody else a few weeks ago.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you MartyG for the answer (As always  )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@Intel Corporation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I downloaded the calibrator, but it's not clear for me where I've to run the command. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;In the cmd.exe it says that it's not a right command.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Before I do that (I can't reboot my pc right now), This problem still exist in all my pc (linux and windows). It is definitely a device problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Should I do this procedure ( I can do that tomorrow...) or is there something else?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Lab,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;A couple of days ago we released a new version of the calibration tool that may fix your issue.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Download and install the Calibration Tool again and then run Intel.Realsense.CustomRW.exe -r  and then send us the output - I attached a photo as an example. Run Intel.Realsense.CustomRW.exe -g to recover the calibration table.&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Regards,&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;Alexandra&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
