It looks as though that cable is called the R200 interconnect Cable. Page 47 of the data sheet gives the details for ordering this cable at various lengths.

Intel support staffer David Lu confirmed the above information in 2015 to somebody else who was asking about the cable.

I tried searching for the quoted email address to see if Bruce Motavaf still works for Amphenol, since the R200 is a couple of years old. He was still being quoted as a contact when the SR300 was released (apparently the same interconnect cable, with the same part numbers is used for the SR300). But according to Bruce's Linkedin, he moved on from Amphenol to a different company called Supermicro in September 2016. So you'd be better sending a general inquiry to Amphenol using their Contact page on their website.

http://www.amphenol-gis.com/interconnect-solutions-contact-us http://www.amphenol-gis.com/interconnect-solutions-contact-us

I searched just about everywhere for an alternative supplier for the Interconnector Cable but had no luck. I even tried major Intel parts distributors such as Arrow and Mouser. Still no luck.

It looks as though the caseless version of the R200 that comes with Intel's vision kit for drones has one included, though I'm not sure you'd want to pay $149 for it unless you wanted another R200 as well

https://click.intel.com/intel-aero-platform-for-uavs-vision-accessory-kit.html Intel® Aero Platform for UAVs Vision Accessory Kit

I did another extensive search, but still no luck. Intel approved distributors likely do not carry the part in stock in their warehouses and have to order it from Amphenol once someone tries to purchase it through them. If the part number applies to the Amphenol part, and if distributors have to order it from Amphenol, the same part number should apply to all Intel approved distributors.

Therefore, if it is not listed on any of the distributors' websites then the chances are that Amphenol have stopped making this cable, and the ones in the Intel Vision Kit boxes were probably obtained a while back when the cable was still available.
