When I open a SLN file in VS 2022 I get the following error for files that were not closed when I closed the sln file. It is now happening in VS 2019

Anyone got any ideas if it is a VSIX Fortran problem or a VS problem?

Yes, I had a look on google and found the following

Why your Visual Studio add-in fails to load with error 0x80004005 - Developer Support (microsoft.com)

It is an old problem that is well known, this suggests a mistake in the Fortran addins,...

That could possibly be a file in (exclusive) use.

What happens if you logout/login?

What happens if you reboot? (I know you don't want to do this, but it can provide useful information for diagnosis).

Does this help: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-fix-error-code-0x80004005-4689559

The problem is it is happening on three computers, running different operating system versions, I cannot believe it would happen on a NUC, Lenova and a HP at the same time as soon as I loaded oneAPI and VS 2022 and started using the program. This is to much of a coincidence.
