topic Can licence Manager and Clinet can be a same machine, in Intel® Fortran Compiler

We are using Intel Fortran compiler Composer Edition Floating 5 users.

We are in condition where we need to utilize the Licence server's resource i.e

Can same licence server (eg hostA) be used for licence server as well as compilation/running client?

Is it possible? Because all client connection will be based on some socket. Looking for quick support.

Yes, it can. Do note that recent releases of the Intel compiler don't require licensing at all. If you are still using an old version that requires a license server, I'd strongly recommend updating to the oneAPI compiler, which is free. (Your paid support still is valuable.)
