Fortran Compiler OneAPI HPC

I want to download the Intel 'free' FORTRAN compiler (i) oneAPIBase tool kit and (ii) oneAPI HPC toolkit. However, the company I work (I'm using their machines) has asked if this is "Open Source" software.

I'm fairly sure the Intel oneAPIBase tool kits and the FORTRAN compiler software are NOT Open Source - but could Intel just please confirm ?

I am not from Intel but it is definitely NOT open source.

Yes, thank you for the reply - the FORTRAN toolkit is clearly not Open Source, and have confirmed this as required. Thanks.
