Request for Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit 2024.x (Windows offline installer) – ifort required for validat

Dear Intel oneAPI Team,

I would like to request access to the Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit 2024.x offline installer (Windows).

Our institution currently provides only version 2025; however, our research workflows depend on the classic Intel Fortran Compiler (ifort). Migration to ifx is not currently feasible due to:

Dependence on legacy Fortran code validated with ifort
Reproducibility requirements for ongoing research projects
Compatibility with existing simulation workflows
We specifically require version 2024.x, as it provides stable support for ifort with our current toolchain (Visual Studio 2022).

Could you please:

Provide a direct download link to the 2024.x offline installer (Windows), or
Advise on how to obtain it through official channels (e.g., Registration Center)?

This request is for academic research at the University of Manitoba.

Access to older versions of the compiler requires an active support.
