I also need oneAPI version 2022.3.1 because of object files and libraries I need to link with. Also I would like both the windows and linux versions.

I have permanent licenses for Intel Fortran Composer XE for Windows and Parallel Studio XE 2016 C/Fortran for Linux. My account in Intel's old system isn't active and I used it last about 5 years ago. I created a new user in this system, but I have not been able to register my licenses. It doesn't recognize the serial numbers.

Shouldn't I be able to register the serial numbers I have? Also, wouldn't these licenses allow me to have priority support and so access to oneAPI version 2022.3.1?

Please provide advice and help.

I need the download link for oneapi hpc and base toolkit 2022.3.1. I need this for both Windows offline and Linux offline.

I found this Install Using Package Managers (intel.com) But I am unable to run any of those build tools currently on my internet connected device. Any help would be appreciated.

What goes wrong when you try to install? Look at Intel® oneAPI standalone component installation files , click on Compilers. You can get full component downloads there.

If you want the whole toolkits, Download the Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit and Download the Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit

Those download links from what I can tell are for 2023.0.0. My security team has only approved the 2022.3.1 version so I have to download them. Is there a way to download old toolkits from those links?

Only the latest release of oneAPI is available for free at the links that Steve mentioned. To get older releases requires Intel Priority Support.

@David_V, I suspect your company has that. I forwarded your email address to someone who can help you.
