    <description>&lt;P&gt;I see the same behavior. Given that Intel has not done software licensing for seven years or so, it does not astonish me that the wheels have fallen off some of the infrastructure used for managing licenses.&amp;nbsp; Annoyingly, Intel closed the licensing support forum and doesn't provide any other options for getting licensing help. The current compilers are free to everyone but support 64-bit applications only. What is it that you need?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Intel website for Software Licenseing (&lt;A href="https://lemcenter.intel.com/licenses/" target="_blank"&gt;https://lemcenter.intel.com/licenses/&lt;/A&gt;) does not work, when I click the Here to Help button, I get an Azure log on which my intel id does not work on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the problem before the problem is I get a "System still loading data. Please wait..." status which never goes away.&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="intelsoftwareregwebsiteerror.jpg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.intel.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/72520i547A261D82AA1F8A/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Orientation%2CResolution%2COriginalDefaultFinalSize%2CCopyright" role="button" title="intelsoftwareregwebsiteerror.jpg" alt="intelsoftwareregwebsiteerror.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
