    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;There is no known bug in DVF that would cause this behavior, but we have seen some antivirus programs trigger it. Try disabling your antivirus and see what happens. Another thing is to reboot in Safe Mode and see if you can compile. If yes, that means some background program is interfering.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <title>Compilation and link probelm</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;I am using an older version of digital fortran, Professional Edition 6.0 and just migrated over to a more powerful computer.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;When compiling my programs, the machine lock up and I have to go to the task manager to terminate the program and then restart fortran. I am glad that I don't have to re boot the machine. Is there a solution to this problem.&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;I never had this probelm on another machine.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
