I'm using the full Acrobat 9.4.0. That's interesting. When I open two files at once, its the second file that turns the text to yellow, does it consistently...is that a feature or is it telling something (like "you have two files open you dummy?!?")...sorry false alarm (I guess). Happens with the brief and indepth files also but not the installation guide (405976_405976.pdf). There may or may not be something funky with the font setting/choice in these 3 files, but it isn't immediately obvious to me. Anyway, just FYI.

I also closed all files but kept acrobat open and when I reopened any of the 3 files, the text was yellow, but if I closed acrobat and opened any of the three, the text was normal. I wonder if it is a display driver issue...maybe, maybe not (never seen it before in 5 years of using this same system).
