I tried this, but can only see the results as a raw xml file. Is there a reader/viewer for the PDR file?

You need Intel Inspector XE to read the results of Static Security Analysis.

So it doesn't come with Fortran Compser XE? I have to buy it separately? I can't find it in release 11.7.

I can at least see it well enough in MS word if that's true, but inconvenient.

Correct - as of the "XE" suite, Inspector XE, a separate tool, is required to view the output of static analysis. You can buy it separately or as part of the "Intel Fortran Studio XE" suite. You may want to try a free trial of Intel Inspector XE to see how you like it - it has other useful features.
