topic IVF 10.0.027 integration with VS2005 in Intel® Fortran Compiler

I have recently upgraded to IFV 10.0.027 from version 9.1. I am using VS2005 and Windows XP Prof. I am finding that every time I start a new Fortran project from within the VS environment, when I go to save it, I get the following message "The operation could not be completed. No such interface supported."

I am having no trouble opening up, modifying and saving old Fortran projects, but I cannot save any newly created ones. This is happening on two different computers.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

To fix it, select Tools > Options > Projects and Solutions > General. Check the box "Save new projects when created" and click OK.

Please report this to Intel Premier Support and make clear that this behavior started once you installed 10.0. We have seen some other cases of this.
