Apparent bug on forum site

Over the last two days, whenever I try to open the topic

I get sent to a page saying "We're sorry, but it appears our site is down. ..." This happens very reproducibly on this post, and no other.

Apparently it is only happening for some users, since additional posts have been made to the topic.

"We're sorry, but it appears our site is down. ..." I get that quite often but ib refresh the problem does away. I have not noted any pattern or relation to particular threads. I can access the thread in question with no problems.
