&lt;P&gt;l_cprof_p_11.0.081_intel64/&lt;BR /&gt;l_cprof_p_11.0.081_intel64/install.sh&lt;BR /&gt;l_cprof_p_11.0.081_intel64/l_cprof_p_11.0.081/&lt;BR /&gt;l_cprof_p_11.0.081_intel64/l_cprof_p_11.0.081/intel-cprof110081iidbe-11.0-1.x86_64.rpm&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--format violated&lt;BR /&gt;tar: Unexpected EOF in archive&lt;BR /&gt;tar: Unexpected EOF in archive&lt;BR /&gt;tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;then I continued:&lt;BR /&gt;# cd l_cprof_p_11.0.081_intel64/l_cprof_p_11.0.081&lt;BR /&gt;# rpm -ivh intel-cprof110081iidbe-11.0-1.x86_64.rpm&lt;BR /&gt;the error infomation is:&lt;BR /&gt;error: intel-cprof110081iidbe-11.0-1.x86_64.rpm: MD5 digest: BAD Expected(e82d95e52c0d958bdeeeefd133b41361) != (d08d8b78412adeb82e7cc68f2f49177e)&lt;BR /&gt;error: intel-cprof110081iidbe-11.0-1.x86_64.rpm cannot be installed&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
