Since your issue is with Microsoft Edge and your personalization, could you please try contacting Microsoft for your issue?&amp;nbsp; These forums are intended to support Intel Products only.       <title>Intel Laptop</title>

      <description>Hi, I had received a Intel Laptop around July, and everything had been working fine until I logged in today. All my personalisation is gone, along with the pinned apps I had, and I just had to sign into Microsoft edge again. Even after I signed in, none of my personalisation was there. How can I fix this?</description>
