ARC750 Graphics and DxO Deep Prime

Dear sir or madam,

I have been using DxO's Pure RAW 3 since the end of December 2023. In Spring this year I up-graded my graphics card for an Intel ARC 750 Graphics card which worked well for a while, but a couple of months ago I encountered difficulties with severe corruption of the files.

I have been in correspondence with DxO who appear to have drawn a blank with securing a cure for the problem.

On looking online, it became apparent that Intel may be a strong link to the problem as other users of DxO had also been/are having problem with Intel-led graphics card problems since late 2023.

Would you please be able to apprise me as to the current enquiries between DxO and yourselves and if you have any progress between you both regarding a permanent fix please?

I have a small growing collection that would benefit from DxO's noise reduction programme and so am keen to re-engage with correctly processed images once again.

Any information or assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you.
