i keep crashing on the newest version of intel iris plus graphics (31.0.101.2135 ) on fortnite. this crashing always happens in creative maps and battle royale. I can play normally on maps like OG and Reload. In creative maps, whenever i do a certain action such as shooting a player or editing a build or placing a build... i freeze and then the crash report client window pops up. How do I resolve this issue?

What are the fortnite requirements? Does your hardware meet the requirements?

Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

graphics: Intel HD 4000 on PC; AMD Radeon Vega 8
Processor: Core i3-3225 3.3 GHz
Memory: 8 GB RAM
OS: Windows 10 64-bit version 1703
