    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Intel Support Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm experiencing an issue while installing the Intel UHD Graphics driver on my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;During the installation, I receive the following message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;"Error code 5: Access is denied."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here’s what I’ve tried so far:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Completely removed previous graphics drivers (including with DDU).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Installed the driver in Safe Mode.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Ran the installer as Administrator.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Disabled antivirus software and Windows Defender.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tried installing through Device Manager.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Used the command in Command Prompt.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Ran system checks (sfc /scannow and DISM).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Despite all these steps, the problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Device details:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;GPU: Intel UHD Graphics&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Laptop model: ASUS TUF Gaming F15&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please help me resolve this issue or suggest an alternative method for installation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Vitaliy&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
