hi, every time I run a a 3D software i get this error.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

This is an ancient laptop with a 2nd generation processor. Intel does not provide Windows 10/11 drivers for processors this old. Saying it bluntly, what you are seeing with the Microsoft Compatibility driver is all that you can expect to ever see. Time for an upgrade.
