Hi support Intel

I have an Acer Aspire E5-576 laptop with the intel UHD graphics 620 integrated graphics card and when upgrading to Windows 20H2, my laptop no longer recognizes the graphics card and I get an error from what I see in the device manager. I have tried to update the driver and still with the same error. At the moment I have the version of Windows 1709, this version is something old and I do not know how to solve this problem since when updating the windows my laptop goes very slow.

Windows 10 1709 is more than four years old.

Update your windows, and report back.

I know that this version is a long time ago, I mean that I have not updated it to 20H2 because I always have this problem.
