      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a computer Windows 10 Home. it is a Intel (R)  Q35 express chipset family (Microsoft corporation-WDDM 1.0)  Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 duo Cpu E6550  @ 2.33 GHZ 2.33 GHZ and am having game issues . I am a bit of a computer novice so laymans terms only. Someone can you please help me fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

COMPATIBILITY is the key word here.  I suspect that your board is old enough to not support PCIe 3.0, and that will be your problem to solve.
