Can't install HD4000 drivers on Windows 8

Hi, as the tittle says, i cant install the drivers for HD4000 on this new and fresh windows 8 instalation, I have tried in compatability mode, and nothing.

Says that my system does not met the requeriments!

The PC specs are this:

Intel i5 3570K

Asrock Z77 Extreme6

I want to install them to install the Lucid MVP after.

Can someone help me?!

What driver have you tried and Win 8 version is this?

I have tried drivers from asrock,intel and asus websites,

With all this versions

VGA_Win8-64_Win7-64(v15.28.6.64.2857)

win64_15287

win64_15288

Intel_Graphic_V917102828_Win8

And the Windows version is Pro x64 9200.

Hi arkangel,

It sounds as if you've only attempted installing 64 bit drivers. Are you sure you're using a 64 bit version of Win8, and not 32? You can check this by doing the following; Start -> right click Computer -> Properties. Check the system properties under Operating System, and it should say whether you have 64 or 32.

What error codes or messages are you getting while installing the Intel HD Graphics drivers?

What version of BIOS do you have on your Z77 Extreme 6? 2.20 is the latest on the http://www.asrock.com/MB/overview.asp?cat=Download&os=BIOS&Model=Z77 Extreme6 ASRock support site.

Have you contacted ASRock support for information on Windows 8 support on the Z77 Extreme 6?
