Corrupt graphics driver

I'm pretty sure I know how to fix it, just reinistalling the same driver version, but I can't find it for the life of me. Could someone either give a different solution or find a place I can download? The graphics driver is a Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 ver. 20.19.15.5126. Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention, this is probably pretty important and I'm a little stupid to have forgotten; I'm on a windows 10 64bit.

Al is correct; that is the latest (and likely last) version of the driver package that supports Intel HD Graphics 4600.
