If it is a laptop, are you changing the resolution of the built-in monitor?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Create a report using the:&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":registered:"&gt;®️&lt;/span&gt; System Support Utility (Intel&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":registered:"&gt;®️&lt;/span&gt; SSU)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Download the Intel SSU (&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/25293/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/25293/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information.       <title>Intel graphics command center resolution problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, I wanted to change the resolution of my pc. Hence, I went to the display tab and and to the resolution section but when I tried to change it no options were showing up and I could not change the resolution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
