I'm using a Framework laptop with Xe graphic. But the graphic commander states it is a UHD graphic. These two are not the same or are they. Please explain my issue. Or will you suggest I take it to Microsoft?

The issue with Intel Graphic Commander depends on the Messager. Microsoft graphic update it is UHD graphic. If the update is Intel, it is Xe graphic. I can see the different in Windows 10, but not in eleven. The end of Lifecyle for ten, so is me. The flaw is Microsoft period

On a system with Xe graphics, this is expected if your system is in single-channel memory configuration

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000059744/graphics.html

If that is your case, this explains what you see...

The laptop manufacturer should have clarified and clearly advertised this so the user can make an informed purchase, but if you didn't know about that, you need to complain to the vendor...
