You should cousult with dell. They supposedly tested your notebook with the driver they supplied. That is where your support and warranty are.

Dell service said that; there was no problem about hardware. Isn't there a solution from the minidump files?

Dell software didn't work either. I have bsod. (VIDEO TDR FAILURE)

I installed clean windows. But blue screen again a few weeks later.

I need solution of minidump file. I wonder ; Minidumb file says software or hardware ?

Dell says there is no software or hardware problem. Same mistake since 2022 April

When i bought the computer these errors were not there. I bought it in 2021 september

The contents of the minidumb file are important for me.

I have a laptop with the same CPU and Iris Xe graphics, and it doesn't have any of those issues...

I'm sorry but you need to push Dell to take a look into that minidump file... it's their system so they should be the ones that can review that to come to a diagnostic, they're also the ones responsible for the warranty...

If Dell told you there was no problem about hardware, how did they come to that? they should have told you then where the problem was...
