Hi,

The issue started recently that every time there is some video playing in Google Chrome (106.0.5249.119) or Microsoft Edge (106.0.1370.52), no matter what codec it is, the Desktop Window Manager.exe will occupy the whole GPU 3D utilization:

Disabling hardware acceleration resolves the issue for Chrome, but not Edge.

The driver version is 31.0.101.3490, and the system version is Windows 11 22H2 22621.675

All graphical enhancements are disabled in the Intel Graphics Command Center
