This is causing me crashes it used to work but after i updated to the newest driver from the website the game started crashing i tried rolling to this version but it's still crashing what to do?

I use the Integrated Graphics that comes with my Intel Pentium Silver N6000

I updated it to the latest version 31 for 6th-10th gen processors then suddenly was unable to play the game then when I rolled back to this version it still wouldn't work. I think it might be due to an update to the dx11 module associated with the driver

Please perform a clean installation of the latest DCH driver 31.0.101.3729/31.0.101.2114 (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html). Make sure to follow the steps for a clean installation:

If the issue still persists, please download the Intel® SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

Open the application and select "Everything", click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View". Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". Please attach the file to your reply.

I already updated to latest dch driver but the crashing of the game due to the dx11 module still happens according to windows crash logd

1. Does the issue also happens with the drivers from Acer?

When I try to install the driver from Acer it says the operating system is not supported maybe due to me upgrading to Windows 11 22h2 so I can't test it

I uninstalled the Graphics Driver from Device Manager. Then i tried to install the VGA driver from Acer. It would not install. After which I installed the Graphics Driver using the latest Intel Graphics Driver Version 31.0.101.2114 from the Intel Website then installed the VGA driver from Acer it worked but the problem regarding the Unity Crash caused by the dx11 module is still happening. I think that even when I install the one from Acer the dx11 module that remains is the one from version31.0.101.211 that's why it still isn't working even though it used to work before this latest update.

I appreciate the information you provided me; however, I am looking for the replication steps regarding the game crash issue. I would like to know what steps you take to face the Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel game to crash. It would be ideal if you shared a video recording, in case it is possible for you.

I reinstalled Windows 11 22h2 and now it's working again it looks like it was possibly the fault of updating to Windows 11 22h2 without first downloading the graphics driver optimized for it
