https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/Image-artifacts/m-p/202585#M1113 <P>I just bought an Asus N53SV laptop with i7-2630qm chip (location australia) with 1gb nvidia GT 540M . out of the box, whilst setting up the desktop, have been getting massive image artifacts in the display when i enable desktop composition in Win 7 home premium. The display functions as normal with desktop composition off.</P><P></P><P>Also even with desktop composition off, i still get artifacts all over the text when i use IE9 or Firefox 4.0.1 browsers.
