      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are a manufacturer of v&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ideo scaler&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;with built-in HDMI 2.0 Rx chipset.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Our affiliated company reported the following, so I will ask three questions including what I investigated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For HDMI output with audio from NUC pc, if user do the &lt;U&gt;play -&amp;gt; stop -&amp;gt; play&lt;/U&gt; action,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Audio recovery takes &lt;U&gt;up to 6 seconds.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="trans_txt _textview" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For example, it means that video playback and pause are repeatedly performed &lt;U&gt;every 10 seconds&lt;/U&gt; without changing the type of clip on YouTube.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="trans_txt _textview" lang="en"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="trans_txt _textview" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Analysis of the problem found that sck and ws signal of I2S audio disappeared.&lt;BR /&gt;The problem &lt;U&gt;only occurred on Intel iRIS graphics&lt;/U&gt; models.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="trans_txt _textview" lang="en"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="trans_txt _textview" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So when we tested the reproduction with the specifications described below, &lt;U&gt;it took up to 1 second to recover the audio&lt;/U&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="trans_txt _textview" lang="en"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In conclusion, the result of extracting and analyzing audio data from our HDMI 2.0 Rx is that&lt;BR /&gt;(*) If there is &lt;U&gt;no audio data stream of about 5 seconds&lt;/U&gt;, system artificially &lt;U&gt;blocks audio sck and WS (=LRCLK)&lt;/U&gt; output.&lt;BR /&gt;(**) It appears that there is a routine to detect when the audio menu is retrieved from the window control panel.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
