Microsoft Store is full of bugs and many people complain is not working. Same in my case, I cannot download it from there.

I need a link please for Intel® Graphics Command Center (Beta). Not on Microsoft Store, anywhere else.

There are many posts on web about this problem, like next one. But nothing work for me. It seem that Microsoft Store have this type of bugs for ages, so no hope they will fix it soon.

However, I can download Asphalt 9 Legends from Microsoft Store. So bug is only for some programs, like Intel Graphics Command Center.

Yes, there are apps that I cannot download and upgrade, apps that I can download and also apps in-between, like Spotify. Spotify was start downloading, but stopped at 7mb, 10mb or more. After many tries and restarts of my laptop, I managed to download Spotify.

I had Intel® Graphics Command Center, but when I tryed to download Intel® Graphics Command Center (Beta), the last one did not download. I tried many things, including uninstall of Intel® Graphics Command Center. Now I cannot install any of them.

Thanks for your patience. I have tried to download the Intel® Graphics Command Center (Beta) from the Microsoft store and did not have any issues, this issue with the store could be related to the firewall, VPN, anti-virus, or something similar.

For now, the only please to get the Intel® Graphics Command Center (Beta) is from the Microsoft store. If you are having issues with the store I recommend you to check with Microsoft since they are the ones managing the Microsoft store.

Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.

In fact me and many other people have this problem. Microsoft Store is malfunction. Stop blaming us for what Microsoft do wrong.

I already said I tried everything that I found on Web, still you come with a copy paste solution.

Is not firewall, I tried to change settings there, reverse them to default. I can install some apps, so firewall and antivirus are ruled out. Beside, I only use Microsoft antivirus, installed by default.

There are apps that was never on my laptop, but I cannot install them. That rule out uninstall problems or registry problems.

I reset Microsoft Store, troubleshoot, repair, wsreset, reinstall it, every step that is on Web. Still don't work for some apps. The fact that I can install other apps make me wonder where the problem could be.
