Hello DeividA_Intel,
Thanks for the Reply.

1. Yes, Driver Version 31.0.101.2115 is the one which gave me an issue and it even persisted on the default installation of the driver version.

2. The issue at the start was present with Google Chrome and VS Code, but slowly it only persisted in VS Code. It still was doing that glitchy thing when fullscreen and in windowed mode.

3. No

4. Yes

5. Yes

6. Unknown

7. Yes

Thanks for helping but, in the end I re-installed Windows using a USB Flash Drive instead of the Reset Function present in Windows. After performing a Clean Install, the problem has not appeared anymore. I personally think that when I performed the Windows Reset using the Reset Button in Windows, it might have corrupted a core file that can't be uninstalled or updated. Even though I performed both sfc /scannow and the DISM command which showed no corrupt files, I still think that there was something wrong in the core files.

Hi,
I have a Intel i5-10300H CPU with integrated Graphics Intel(R) UHD Graphics and have a dedicated NVIDIA GTX 1650. I had reset my Laptop using the Windows 11 Reset. When I went to the Device Manager and I had Updated my Intel Integrated Graphics from there but, when I updated it, the windows when not Fullscreen starting blurring and glitching. I uninstalled the Graphics and then just kept the Integrated Graphics on the version after uninstalling it and have not updated it. Is there any fix to the mentioned problem?

I have also attached a picture of how the screen glitched when not Fullscreen. Also this only happens to the borders of the window not Fullscreen and the application interface is not affected.
