Take a look at the article "&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000089850/software/software-applications.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;How to Obtain the Intel® Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) Folders?&lt;/A&gt;" for further information about the methods you can follow to get the folders.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Create a report using the &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/25293/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html?" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Intel&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":registered:"&gt;®️&lt;/span&gt; System Support Utility (Intel&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":registered:"&gt;®️&lt;/span&gt; SSU)&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Download the Intel SSU&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. &lt;DIV class="inline-details"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This download is timing&amp;nbsp;out, Windows keeps getting older updates to the cards and I&amp;nbsp;have countless&amp;nbsp;times told them not to do that, and still I&amp;nbsp;get installs for older updates, but now this update which&amp;nbsp;says its new keeps timing&amp;nbsp;out and will not allow me to install it...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
