thee monitors show in settings (although not detected) but no other monitors connected on other than HDMI ports are working eg monitors on usb 3 or usb 3 do not display

Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities. I am sorry you are experiencing issues trying to set up multiple displays on your system with Intel® UHD Graphics. I would like to get more information from your system and configuration to further assist you, please let us know the following:

Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it to your reply.
Create a System report following these instructions. Only use the instructions under Intel Graphics Command Center (Intel GCC).
What ports are you using on the system and what type of cables are you using?
Are you using any type of adapter?
