Buenos días,

Después de instalar “Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.4255” desde “www.intel.la/content/www/xl/es/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html”, “Windows Update” vuelve a instalar “Intel Corporation - Display - 27.20.100.8935”, esto sucede repetidamente en el transcurso de los días.

¿Como se puede evitar que “Windows Update” vuelva a una versión anterior a la que se instaló desde “www.intel.la/content/www/xl/es/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html”?

Use the Microsoft wuShowHide utility to block the Microsoft update.

I have attached it for you.

First, install the update you want from Intel.

Reboot

Then, run the wuShowHide utility and HIDE the Microsoft update.
