The "War thunder" game runs with low frame rates

Hi, the "War thunder" game can run with low frame rates.

I have a notebook with:

Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4100 CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHz

Intel UHD graphics 600

I made quality setting in the game Low.

Video Resolution 1024x768
Shadow Quality Off
Terrain Texture Quality Low
Model Texture Quality Low
Texture Filter Quality Low

and with such performance my notebook gives 10fps usually. But sumetimes it gives 25fps ,оn average, its a pretty playable instead of 9 fps. Also, it not depends from my notebook temperature because recently I played several hours with 9fps and then it started to give 25fps. All my notebook settings are for biggest productivity and energy consuption restrictions are off. All others applications are off during the game.

My question is: From what this difference depends? And how to make that my system gives 25fps always?

I am sorry you are having issues with your Intel® UHD Graphics 600, I will be glad to help.

Please provide the following information:

Was the game running well before? If so, was there any hardware change or driver/OS update that may have triggered the issue?
Are other games having the same issue? If you have not checked this yet, please do it if available/possible.

As well, please perform the following steps:

Perform a clean installation of the latest graphics driver v31.0.101.2121 (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html). Make sure to follow the clean installation instructions (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057389/graphics.html).
Run a test using the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15951/19792/intel-processor-diagnostic-tool.html?).
Make sure Windows is updated to the latest version.
Make sure the game is running the latest update/patches.
If you use Steam as the launcher, try repairing the installation:

In Steam, you can do so by opening the Library tab.

Right-click the game.
Click Properties.
Once in the Properties window, click the Local Files tab, and then click Verify Integrity of Game Files.
