I have MSI laptop MS-16PS.

I found out the Graphics Intel UHD 630 causes the laptop restarts but only when I connect a power charger.

Without a power charger laptop works OK. If I disable the graphics Intel UHD 630 ( in Device manager) the laptop works OK as well.

I tried to install gfx_win_101.2115 driver but it finishes with error

0xe000023d "Unknown error"

exit code

exit code: 1

Can anyone please help?

Go to MSI and get them to help you with updating your bios.

Also, if this does not correct the problem, consult with MSI regarding a hardware problem.

Why do you think it should be the BIOS problem?

Because you are talking battery and charger.

Is there some reason you cannot do a simple bios update and eliminate that as a concern?

Either update the bios or not, your choice.
