Major graphical issue in World Of Final Fantasy using ARC A770 16gb

I am having an issue with World Of Final Fantasy that Makes the game unplayable. When I switched to the igpu I am able to see the game just fine this leads me to believe that it is an issue with my A770.Resizable bar is enabled, my power supply is XPG Cybercore 1000w and the A770 is my first discrete gpu. I'm using a LG 32UQ85R-W monitor connected over display port running at 3840*2160 60Hz; the issue still occurs when using the HDMI port.

NB: Adding dxvk resolves the issue
