      <title>Intel Graphics update error</title>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;In Settings &amp;gt; Windows Update &amp;gt; Downloadable Updates, the following programs do not update successfully.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Whenever I try, it gets stuck on install for around 15 seconds, then it says what's on the screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Could someone help? We would be more than glad to help you with your issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;The said driver "26.20.100.7323" is not available on our&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Download Center&lt;/A&gt;. We would recommend you check if this driver is available on your system manufacturer's website to confirm if this driver is part of their listings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, since you tried installing our latest drivers and this did not solve the issue, we would recommend you install the latest driver from your system OEM and install the latest graphics driver version over the version Windows* update installed.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for helping me resolve this!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue I have with this is just Windows Update wanting to update the driver for no reason. I have actually factory reset my PC to clear up space and hopefully fix this problem, it still didn't help. Is there any way that I could cancel the update? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello pete543,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In case the issue persists, we recommend you temporarily disable Windows Updates:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open Settings.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click Update &amp;amp; Security.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click Windows Update.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click the Advanced options button.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Under the Pause updates section, use the drop-down menu to select how long to disable updates.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, it is important to mention that Windows* automatic updates may contain important security updates or important stability improvements. Disabling automatic updates will not install these updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, since this is Windows Update requesting you to update the driver, you should keep in touch with Microsoft support for further recommendations.
