Intel HD control panel

I want to open my Intel graphics control panel but it doesnt open .. Ive watched so many videos , and ppl are clicking right click on dekstop and there is graphics properties and control panel, but I dont have these on my right click.. Any fixes ?

Windows 8

Intel pentium

Nvidida Geforce gtx 750
