missing control panel options in intel hdgraphic 530 after changing the windows built to the last one

hello everyone i have a very weard problem with my intel hd 530 graphic.

i bought a k550vx laptop afew days ago and i ubgraded my laptop windoes to the last build 14393.

after that i find out that the control panel graphic options are missing and there is no option for color and contrast and saturation adjustment.

i tried different builds and reinstalled my drivers and updated them but there is no sign of sucess.

please help i need this options very much
