    <description>Having a 4K cable doesn't help if you have a HDMI port that only supports 2K. Unless you have a 12th gen. (or newer) Intel processor or a secondary (NVIDIA or AMD) graphics engine, you may not have support for 4K via HDMI.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, good morning!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've the inspiron 3493 , Windows 11, and all the time I put in the hdmi cable from my TV 4k, it send just 1080 resulution. There is no way to change it in setup.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The drive is Intel Iris Plus Graphics 31.0.101.2125.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The hdmi cable is 2.0 HIGH RESULUTION.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could anyone help me? I nedd to sendo 4k resolution to the TV 4K.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
